^{My name is Mike Hasty, I am a certified Master Inspector and was certified by the American Home Inspector Training Institute and InterNACHI, which is an association that certifies and guarantees professional home inspectors.}  

^{I started this business, because I have a passion for home construction, maintenance, and functionality.  I have a natural ability to identify issues with homes and an eye for solid craftsmanship.  My inspections include all visible structural, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems, and plumbing.   I use instruments to test things like the electrical system of the property.  I am also certified to inspect swimming pools and spas.   All my certifications are backed and guaranteed by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).   This is one of the biggest organizations in the country.}

^{My inspections will provide the following information: I will notify the client of any item or items that are noted to be functional, non-functional, or a safety concern.  I provide quality color photos with every inspection report, so the client can see what is being documented.  My goal is to help the client understand every potential issue and/or the home systems (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, etc.) of the property without being an alarmist.  I will provide an honest, objective, and thorough inspection report of the property, or properties.  The provided information can be used to make wise and confident Real Estate Investments, or to find out what might be wrong with your own property.}
