These inspections are specific to Pools and/or Spas, to identify problems and functionality.
Swimming Pool and Spa inspections will identify the functionality or any visible problems and/or hazards with the electrical systems, lighting, pumps, filter, heater, piping, jets, the water auto fill system, the lining, decking, safety gates and fencing, and the structure. These inspections are extra and need to be requested.
